Artmatters has long experience of working with property developers, architects and corporate clients to implement art commissioning projects. For instance, we have recently been working with Millennium Point Property Ltd. and the architects Nicholas Grimshaw & Partners on several art commissions for the Millennium Point complex in Birmingham. These commissions include a large sculptural piece by Dalziel + Scullion:

Managing the commissioning of art can involve a variety of tasks including, where appropriate, the negotiation of fee levels, contracts, on site support, press coverage, openings, launches, advice on grants, sponsorships and awards.
