Melanie Victor-Smith established Artstream with the purpose of increasing the visibility of artwork that has captured her attention for many years. Melanie and her husband originally bought their 1954 Airstream to finish as a family camper and replace their pop-up tent trailer. She hijacked the Airstream, however, when she realized she wanted more retail presence for her artists and had an empty, portable space sitting in her driveway. After 6 months of design and retrofit work, the Artstream has become a reality!

Melanie has developed a boutique print business through her work with Eric Zener Prints.  She has dovetailed this experience in working with a select group of artists, sharing their perspective while maintaining a unique and highly-curated body of work. All print releases are developed hand in hand with the artist and produced in small batches at a studio located in Sausalito, California.

Born and raised in Mill Valley, California, Melanie grew up surrounded by water and some of the most majestic natural wonders available in California. Nature has been a significant part of her daily experiences and has produced an appreciation for artists who examine it. The artists she represents are able to convey a visceral connection to nature, people, and our relationship with both in a unique and beautiful way.

Melanie continues to live in Mill Valley with her husband and two daughters.
