These lines from 'The Lake Isle of Innisfree' complete the piece:

And I shall have some peace there for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight's all a glimmer and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet's wings.

This is the eleventh work in the Heart's Desire Collection - a fusion of images by Jo Gray and verse by W. B. Yeats. Both the photographer and the poet have found inspiration in the landscape and the people of the North West of Ireland.
The images and words are matched to produce a series of works hand-printed using traditional methods and finished to exhibition standard.
